SYNOPSIS
This book is a mind opener and will challenge how you think. Creating positive change in your life must first come about in your mind before it can be created in physical form. Many of us will think small, believing we could not possibly achieve great things because we are too old, too young, too poor, not smart enough and a huge list of make believe excuses which do not exist in reality. This book will help you see through your dominate thought beliefs and get you dreaming big.
Chapter #1: Believe You Can Succeed and you will.
In the first chapter of this book, we emphasize our belief in something. Really believe. Positively. Having complete faith will yield results. It opens up opportunities on how to do. negative thought just shuts the door. positive thoughts, belief that you can do, achieve, a possibility, opens up a way to do. Thoughts to achieve. Where there is a will there is a way. Think victory and you succeed. Think doubt and you fail. It is important to think success. Talk positive words and remove negative words like impossible etc from your vocabulary. Think positive.
Chapter #2 : Cure Yourself of Excusitis, the Failure Disease.
In this second chapter author says, you must have seen the more successful individual is, the less he makes excuses, But people who have no goals, no plans about their life and don’t know where he wants to go and haven’t achieved anything in his life, always have excuses about his life about not doing anything, they always have explanation why they haven’t able to achieve anything, why they don’t, why they can’t and why they aren’t etc.. and the list for excuses and explanations for not doing anything goes on. There are kind of people who always crib. They never think and plan for themselves they just talk and crib and at last they give excuses of not doing their work.
The author says, successful people never give excuses, they know what they are doing why they are doing, it is mediocre people who always have excuses for doing nothing, they are not getting anywhere in life because of their excuses and lack of belief in themselves.
Successful people never waste their time on excuses, they know what they are doing is possible and they find out ways to achieve it.
People who believe that successful people become rich and successful just because of the luck factor, so that’s not a fact, luck has very little to do with whether will be successful or not, it’s all about the actions we take on a daily basis. It is we who decides our destiny If you want to become successful, you will follow people who are successful and learn from them, and if you always crib you will surround yourself with negative people who don’t have any plan or goals about their life.
Chapter #3 : Build Confidence and Destroy Fear.
In this third chapter, it emphasizes how to build self-confidence. Self-confidence needs to be built because if we are not confident, we will be afraid and if we are afraid, we can not develop. Therefore we need self confidence. We can increase our confidence by training our memory bank and saving positive experiences and removing negative thoughts. If we are still afraid to be with the people around us, we can train it by meeting these people and changing our perspective on humans that humans are similar to each other. Another step is to do what your little heart wants. If we want something, we can try to reach it and after we do it, our confidence increases. And the last is that it can be done by convincing ourselves that we are truly confident. What can convince us can be done in the following ways. That is sitting in the front row, making eye contact, going faster than usual, practicing talking and speaking, and smile as wide as possible.
Chapter #4 : How to Think Big.
In this fourth chapter, explore how to think big and react to it. we must use words and phrases which produce big, positive mental images. Basic point is we think only in pictures / images. Words are raw materials of thought. mind coverts words to images. Use positive phrases. Good positive images. When you speak, it is like projector showing movie in the mind of others. Pictures you show or create determine how you and others react. use cheerful, big, positive words to describe how you feel.
